Shipping Times:

In Montreal and the surrounding areas, we use a courier service to hand deliver your gifts and gift baskets. Throughout Canada we use Canada Post Parcel service.

Since 9/11, baskets can no longer be shipped across the US/Canadian border. All US orders are built and shipped in the USA and are shipped via Fed Ex or an equivalent throughout the continental United States.

Shipping And Delivery Rates:

Rates for shipping and delivery will vary with the size and weight of the basket and its ultimate destination.

Montreal and Area:
We deliver Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. if you place your order before 10:00 a.m. we will provide same day delivery service to most on-island municipalities, except in cases of extreme weather or other excetional circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE: The ship date given on the web is an approximation. We do not process any orders over the weekend. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Thank you for your understanding.

Off island deliveries.

Off island deliveries will be done on the next business day. Please call us for Saturday deliveries.

Quebec and Ontario: Via Canada Post allow approximately 2 -3 days delivery time.
Western Canada: Via Canada Post allow approximately 5 -7 days delivery time.
USA Please allow approximately 5 -7 days delivery time.
Express Delivery: Express and overnight service to most locations is available. Please call us for more information.

Large Orders:

For large orders going to same location, we charge $4.00 per extra basket. Please call us for more details.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us!

Should your gift or gift basket arrive damaged, please contact our customer service representatives within 48 hours and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements to replace it.

Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute any product for others of equal or greater value.

Deposit

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on order of $500.00 or more. Please call us for details.

Food and Gourmet Food Gift baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns, so please call Teresa if there is a problem.

Incorrect Address?

If a refund for a gift product is indicated, we will only issue a cheque to the purchaser or to the credit card used by the purchaser.

If a gift is returned due to incorrect or inconplete shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted immediately to provide an alternate shipping address. Consequently, the purchaser will be required to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment in addition to a 15% handling fee.

When placing an order for delivery to a patient, hospital worker or doctor, please make sure that you include as much information about the patient or the Doctor's location as possible.

Remember Quebec hospitals use the Maiden name of the patient, not the family name.
